Based in Palmetto, Florida, we provide professional soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, house washing, concrete cleaning, paver cleaning, pool-area cleaning, and commercial exterior cleaning with a focus on careful workmanship and clear communication.
Sunshine AquaWash was founded by Navy veteran David Moore with a simple goal: build a local company customers can rely on to show up, communicate clearly, respect their property, and take pride in the finished work.
Our Story
Sunshine AquaWash began in 2023 after founder David Moore decided to take a different direction following two corporate layoffs.
Rather than return to another corporate position, David chose to build something of his own—something that combined the discipline, accountability, and attention to detail developed through military service with the satisfaction of helping local homeowners and businesses improve their properties.
What began as an owner-operated exterior cleaning business has continued to grow through local referrals, repeat customers, reviews, and real project results throughout Manatee County.
From the beginning, the goal has been straightforward:
Do the work carefully. Communicate clearly. Treat the customer’s property with respect.
Sunshine AquaWash continues to invest in professional equipment, cleaning systems, training, and processes that allow us to safely clean a wide range of residential and commercial exterior surfaces.
Meet the Owner – David Moore
David Moore is a Navy veteran, husband, father, and founder of Sunshine AquaWash.
His background in military service and operations shaped the way he approaches the business today: prepare carefully, pay attention to the details, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the final result.
As an owner-operated company, Sunshine AquaWash gives customers the advantage of working directly with the person responsible for the project.
David is involved in the estimating, planning, cleaning, communication, and quality control of the work rather than passing customers through a large call center or rotating crew system.
That personal involvement helps keep the service consistent and gives customers a clear point of contact from the first conversation through project completion.
Our Approach to Exterior Cleaning

Different surfaces require different cleaning methods, pressures, detergents, and preparation. Sunshine AquaWash does not approach every job with maximum pressure.
