However, due to the nature of exterior cleaning solutions (especially during roof washing), we cannot guarantee that all plants will be unaffected. Some plants may experience temporary stress, browning, or leaf burn, depending on their sensitivity. To reduce risk, we take the following precautions: ✅ Pre-wetting all plants and landscaping before applying any cleaning solutions ✅ Controlling and redirecting runoff using bagged downspouts when applicable ✅ Thoroughly rinsing plants, grass, and surrounding areas before, during and after the service ✅ Applying treatments responsibly to minimize overspray and exposure 💡 Recommended Homeowner Step: We highly recommend running your irrigation system after our service to further dilute any residual solution and help protect your landscaping.
